Conditions for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Products that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
